Is this Scottsdale?

Not in the picture outside our hotel are all the hotel employees gathered around looking at more ice than they have ever seen outside of a fancy banquet. Cold? Yes! Better than back home, absolutely. We sincerely hope everyone is alright and keeping warm. Out here it's 60's in the daytime and 30's at night. We think a lot of people will be delayed and many will have to pass altogether.
